Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets
• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Train staff in customer service best practices
• Maintain a welcoming and engaging store environment

Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates
• Schedule shifts and manage staff productivity
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Monitor and reduce stock shrinkage (theft, damage, mismanagement)

Store Operations & Compliance

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards

Reporting & Business Analysis

• Generate sales, inventory, and customer reports for management
