Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Train staff in customer service best practices
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging store environment
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates
- Schedule shifts and manage staff productivity
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
