About the Role - The Retail Sales Supervisor will be in charge of overseeing and managing a team of employees in the retail team. - You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the retail call center and store. - As a supervisor you are to ensure that the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.
