Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our Power Retail Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's retail footprint.
The role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment, demonstrates strong initiative, and can identify new market opportunities to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets on a consistent basis
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or outlet
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of customers through effective lead generation and follow-up
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and product suitability
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Retail Supervisor
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with walk-in customers and repeat buyers
Market & Brand Development
- Contribute to increasing the visibility and reputation of the brand within the retail space
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to provide feedback for strategic decision-making
- Participate in retail marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to boost awareness and sales
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply, timely deliveries, and proper documentation
- Adhere to company policies, pricing standards, and retail operating procedures
