About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team at Khenpro Global Services in Lagos. You will be the face of our pharmacy retail operations, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
• Offer assistance and provide direct support to customers
• Deliver in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and value proposition
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Attend to the unique and individual shopping needs of each customer
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Report unusual occurrences or incidents to management
• Organize backstock and perform inventory counts
• Replenish front stock and assist with merchandise displays
• Maintain a clean and organized work and retail space
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about all products
• Create a positive shopping environment for customers
• Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor
• Work collaboratively as a team to achieve sales goals

Required Qualifications

• HND, NCE, OND, SSCE, GCE, NECO, or B.Sc Degree
• 1–2 years of work experience
• Computer literate with familiarity using POS systems
• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience in a pharmacy environment
