Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview: - Welcome customers as they enter the boutique - Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and assist with requests - Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) - Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing - Cross-sell and up-sell products - Inform customers about new arrivals and special offers - Stay up-to-date with new products/services - Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements: The successful candidate must: - Have a B.Sc./HND/OND - 2+ years in a similar retail business position - Be young, well-spoken, articulate & friendly - Have the ability to work in a team - Be healthy, fit & able to stand for hours on the shop floor.
