Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail & B2B/ECOMM Manager to lead our retail, business-to-business (B2B), and e-commerce sales operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving revenue growth, managing distribution channels, and building strategic relationships in the Kitchen Appliances and White Goods Electronics markets.
  • The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, ensuring excellent customer experience, and meeting both revenue and market share targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective retail, B2B, and e-commerce sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor performance across all channels.
Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities in retail, B2B, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Expand distribution networks and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Team Management & Leadership:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitor feedback and implement improvements to strengthen client relationships.
Promotions & Campaigns:
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns for retail and online channels.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee order processing, distribution, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate / HND in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years’ experience in retail, B2B, and e-commerce sales management.
  • Proven experience in the Kitchen Appliances and / or White Goods Electronics market.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
