## Title: Restaurant Outlet Manager
Position Overview
The Outlet Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a restaurant outlet, supervising a team of outlet workers to ensure smooth operations in line with company objectives. This role is responsible for delivering the outlet's sales and operations plans while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficient service delivery
- Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates
- Develop and enforce established policies and procedures
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Maintain the outlet facility in a clean and safe condition
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary operational changes
- Schedule orientations and job training for outlet associates
- Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize special events and promotions to attract customers
- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop cost-effective operational plans to achieve outlet goals
- Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Food Science & Technology, Catering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a food services organization
- Extensive experience with food products and services
- Sound knowledge of logistics management, business operations, and financial management
- Strong managerial skills with proven track record in delivering targets and operational efficiencies
- Fluency in English with superior oral and written communication skills
