Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Manage and motivate staff to perform efficiently and professionally
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
• Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in QSR or hospitality industry)
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of stock and cash management
