About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate employees; resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment
• Greet guests, handle inquiries, manage complaints, and build rapport to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, track sales, control costs, minimize expenses, and report financial performance to upper management
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and control waste
• Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and company policies, including cash handling procedures
• Implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
• Create staff rotas and scheduling
• Design menus when required
• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, or related field
• Proven management and leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong financial acumen and business knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
