Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across assigned outlets
• Ensure managers and teams deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor sales, staff performance, and inventory management
• Plan and execute restaurant marketing strategies and customer loyalty programs
• Collaborate with production teams to plan and update menus
• Conduct competitor surveys and provide strategic recommendations to management

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a higher operations role within a QSR brand
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and restaurant performance analysis
• Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
