Restaurant Cashier at J-Six Group

About the Role

J-Six Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused cashier to join our restaurant team in Lagos. You will be responsible for managing all point-of-sale operations while delivering excellent customer service during every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders at the counter
• Receive payments and present change to customers accurately
• Pack food items neatly and professionally
• Manage customer interactions with patience and professionalism, especially during peak hours
• Operate the register, including all credit card and cash transactions
• Reconcile the register and balance cash at the end of each shift

Required Qualifications

• OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification
• Excellent mathematical skills and strong multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with transaction machines
• Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
• Must reside in proximity to the Lagos location

Preferred Experience

• 0-1 year of prior experience in a fast food restaurant environment
