About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our organization in a specialized Human Resources Business Partner position. This role is centered on building a research-led approach to hiring and talent decisions, grounded in data, behavioral science, and evidence-based practices rather than intuition.

This is not a generalist HR position. We are looking for someone with a distinct focus on research, analysis, and structured decision-making in talent management.
