Relationship Officer at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ikeja. The Relationship Officer will oversee relationship management by engaging with clients to identify their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and develop business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Identify clients' financial needs and provide customized banking solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and effective service
• Collaborate with teams to meet sales and revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
