Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and goal-driven Relationship Managers on behalf of our client in the financial sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve set sales targets
• Provide financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and prompt resolution of client issues
• Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field
• 3–5 years' experience in banking or financial services, preferably in relationship management or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Close proximity to Lagos is required
