About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Registered Nurse / Midwife.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor, record, and report patients' symptoms and conditions
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Support in training and supervising junior nurses, healthcare assistants, or interns

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and current practicing certificate
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach, with ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills

Work Conditions

• Full-time position
• Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
• Hospital/clinic-based environment

Compensation

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly
