About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will provide quality patient care, support medical procedures, and respond to health emergencies in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care, including administering medications, injections, and IV therapy
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' health conditions accurately
• Support doctors in minor procedures, wound care, and patient stabilization
• Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing ethics
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow hospital protocols for patient safety
• Participate in infection control, health promotion, and wellness programs within the hotel

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and respond promptly to medical emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or First Aid
