About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality medical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing nursing assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
• Valid nursing license from the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks
