Job Summary - We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RM) to join our healthcare team in WARRI - The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their babies. - Monitor and assess the progress of pregnancies and labor, identifying any deviations from the norm. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate and support women, their partners, and families on childbirth options, parenting, and newborn care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
