## Title: Regional Sales Supervisor – North Africa

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Bluenix as a Regional Sales Supervisor covering the North Africa region.

Employment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Abuja, Nigeria
  • Coverage Areas: Middle-Belt, North-East, and North-West regions

Target Regions and States

  • Middle-Belt Region: Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, FCT-Abuja
  • North-East Region: Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe
  • North-West Region: Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the assigned region
  • Recruit, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks
  • Conduct regular market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Grow regional sales volume and ensure consistent achievement of targets
  • Increase product visibility and availability in both retail and project-based channels
  • Coordinate regional marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and trade activations
  • Establish long-term relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and institutional clients

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales and market development experience
  • Experience in paints, building materials, or FMCG industries (preferred)

  • Market builder with proven ability to introduce and sustain new products in competitive territories
  • Excellent negotiator and relationship manager capable of establishing strong ties with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, retailers, and end users

  • Self-driven professional who works independently, sets sales priorities, and delivers consistent results without constant supervision
  • Regional expert familiar with the geography, culture, and trade networks of the assigned region
  • Team player with leadership potential capable of guiding local representatives, junior sales officers, and agents
