## Title: Regional Sales Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and self-driven Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our market presence across the Middle Belt region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of demonstrable sales and market development experience, preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG industries.

This role requires a market builder, a strong negotiator, a strategic thinker, and a regional expert with deep knowledge of Middle Belt trade networks and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust regional sales growth strategy
  • Recruit, manage, and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks
  • Conduct regular market intelligence on competition, pricing, and customer behaviour
  • Drive product visibility, penetration, and availability across all Middle Belt states
  • Strengthen relationships with wholesalers, contractors, institutional buyers, and major retail channels
  • Execute marketing activities, trade activations, and product demonstrations
  • Deliver consistent sales performance and meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Coordinate sales operations across all states in the region
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for the Head Office
  • Represent Bluenix Paint as a trusted brand ambassador at exhibitions and trade events

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years proven experience in regional sales, market expansion, or business development
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in paints or building materials
  • Strong regional network within the Middle Belt and proven ability to grow new markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of local markets and cultural dynamics
