## Title: Regional Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & ICT Solutions
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within the cybersecurity and technology sector. You will drive revenue expansion across the Southern region through strategic sales leadership and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share within the Southern region through effective sales leadership and strategic business development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets in cybersecurity and ICT solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver on sales goals and KPIs
- Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients
- Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and forecasts
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance reviews for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Sales
- At least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise IT solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for regional growth
- Age: 35–45 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Sales, ITIL, or OEM-related fields
