## Title: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within an assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, developing the sales team, and ensuring effective market penetration for our tech-enabled pharmaceutical distribution solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new clients (pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare providers) and retention of existing accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide timely reports to management
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness
- Foster a high-performance culture and align the team with company objectives
Market Development & Customer Engagement
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels in the region
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and stakeholders
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing innovative solutions
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee regional sales operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and technology teams for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical sales practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales
- Strong leadership and business development skills
