Regional Project Manager - Anambra

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing FTTH project delivery across the region
• Oversee site construction, permits, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
• Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams for installation, commissioning, and acceptance
• Support process optimization and standardization of regional project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of FTTH project management or relevant telecom project experience
• Experience with FTTH deployment, civil works, ADSS, or figure-8 cable (preferred)
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Knowledge of MS Project or Power BI (a plus)
