Regional Manager, North West 3 at MSI Reproductive Choices

About the Role

The Regional Manager is a key member of the Programme Operations Team, working closely with regional team members to achieve MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices objectives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategies targeted at field operations implementation and channel objectives across your assigned region.

You may travel to states within the region for support visits and will work alongside the Operations Director in directing organizational activities to ensure effective implementation, continual improvement, and strengthening of MSI Nigeria's service delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Management

• Follow up with regional teams in the assigned region to ensure that agreed tasks are delivered on schedule
• Work closely with and coordinate support office functions and channels to regional and programme managers to ensure leadership and growth of centers, outreach, MS Ladies, Public Sector Support (PSS), and Social Franchising operations
• Support regional and state teams in the development of annual and quarterly budgets and financial performance targets, and monitor progress
• Oversee Outreach, Social Franchise, Public Sector Support (PSS), donor project implementation, relationship management, and partnership management with partner institutions
• Manage procurement, logistics, and fleet management for MSI Nigeria field implementation team members
• Coordinate and prepare field operating budgets and work plans

Operational Excellence

• Ensure that financial, administrative, and logistical resources provided to field focal teams adhere to MSI Nigeria minimum standards
• Assure quality operations in line with annual and long-term strategic goals and objectives
• Achieve operation channel sustainability, effective management, and high productivity in the region
• Drive growth and continuous improvement across all operational channels
