Regional Manager, North East 2 at MSI Reproductive Choices

About the Role

The Regional Manager is a key member of the Programme Operations Team, working closely with regional team members to achieve MSI Reproductive Choices objectives in Nigeria. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategies targeted at field operations and implementing MSI Nigeria's channel objectives across your assigned region.

This position involves occasional travel to states for support visits and coordination of operational activities to ensure effective implementation, continual improvement, and strengthening of MSI Nigeria's service delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Management

• Follow up with regional teams in the assigned region to ensure agreed tasks are delivered on schedule
• Work closely with and coordinate support office functions and channels to regional and programme managers to ensure leadership and growth of centers, outreach, MS Ladies, Public Sector Support (PSS), and Social Franchising operations
• Support regional and state teams in the development of annual and quarterly budgets and financial performance targets, and monitor their implementation

Operational Support and Strategic Implementation

• Direct operational activities of the organisation to ensure effective implementation and strengthening of MSI Nigeria's service delivery channels in the region
• Oversee Outreach, Social Franchise, Public Sector Support (PSS), donor project implementation, relationship management, and partnership management with partner institutions
• Manage procurement, logistics, and fleet operations
• Coordinate field implementation team members across the region

Performance and Sustainability

• Achieve operations channel sustainability, effective management, high productivity, and growth in the assigned region
• Coordinate, prepare, and execute field operating budgets and work plans
• Ensure financial, administrative, and logistical resources to field focal teams adhere to MSI Nigeria minimum standards
• Ensure quality operations align with annual and long-term strategic goals and objectives
