## Title: Recruiter and Training Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter and Training Officer to support our recruitment operations and coordinate training initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—attracting top talent for clients while supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Functions

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients and internal roles
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Support onboarding and placement processes

Training & Development Functions

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and public training programs
  • Liaise with facilitators, trainers, and training participants
  • Manage training documentation, attendance, and feedback reports
  • Support training marketing efforts and follow-up with prospective clients
  • Monitor training outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or training coordination (consulting experience is an advantage)
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
