Recovery Officer at White Soul Group

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recovery Officer to join our operations team at White Soul Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recovery and rescue of vehicles, providing first response assistance in the event of breakdowns, accidents, or road emergencies. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong mechanical awareness, driving competence, and safety consciousness.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other roadside emergencies
• Recover, tow, or coordinate the safe transport of vehicles back to designated locations
• Perform basic on-site troubleshooting and provide first-level mechanical or electrical assistance
• Administer first aid to drivers or passengers when necessary and ensure proper escalation for medical emergencies
• Maintain recovery tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition
• Keep accurate records of recovery operations and incident reports
• Collaborate with the fleet, workshop, and safety teams to ensure efficient rescue operations

Requirements

• OND/HND qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle recovery, towing, or related operations
• Valid driver's license (Class E or higher) with excellent driving skills
• First Aid certification or proven first responder training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of truck operations
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during emergency situations
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦100,000
