## Title: Recovery Officer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Recovery Officer.
Responsibilities
- Recover outstanding loans while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of loan recovery activities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₦80,000
- Allowance: ₦20,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦120,000
