Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly reception area.
- Support administrative tasks and coordinate meeting schedules.
Stock Keeping Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of items.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Must be based in Abuja.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or stock keeper is an added advantage.
