A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservation systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash transactions and prepare daily reports.
