## Title: Receptionist – Wellness Center
Job Summary
We are seeking an eloquent, customer-focused Receptionist with a background in sales to serve as the first point of contact at our wellness center. Beyond managing front desk responsibilities, you will be expected to promote and upsell our wellness products and services to walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a premium experience from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information about our services, treatments, and products
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and suggest suitable services or products
- Actively upsell and cross-sell wellness packages, spa treatments, and in-house products
- Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently
- Maintain proper client records and support data entry needs
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in administrative duties and basic support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in a customer-facing or sales role (experience in wellness, spa, or health-related industries is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eloquent and well-spoken with a friendly personality
- Proven ability to market or upsell services and products
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Must reside within or around Magodo and environs
Compensation and Benefits
- N150,000 per month
- HMO coverage
