## Title: Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The role involves welcoming and directing visitors, managing phone calls and messages, coordinating with staff regarding guests, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure adherence to company security protocols
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Must be based in Victoria Island or its environs
