## Title: Receptionist
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assist clients in finding their way around the office
- Announce clients as necessary
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner, routing calls as needed
- Sort and distribute mail
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and clerical procedures
- Help maintain workplace security
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Prior experience as a Receptionist in a law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Good time management skills
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Ability to contribute positively as part of a team and help with various tasks as required
