Real Estate Senior Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Real Estate Senior Analyst to join our team at Iteka Integrated Services Limited (IISL) in Abuja, Nigeria. This role is central to our investment strategy and execution, offering the opportunity to lead the sourcing and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities, manage due diligence, oversee transaction closings, and monitor asset performance post-investment.

The Analyst will work closely with leadership and external stakeholders to identify, underwrite, and execute opportunities across varying real estate and infrastructure sectors. This position offers significant exposure, autonomy, and profit-sharing opportunities tied to deal success.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Origination & Market Intelligence

• Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities aligned with organizational strategy
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through market research and industry engagement
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform investment decisions

Financial Analysis & Presentation

• Develop financial models, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and sensitivity analyses
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for leadership and investment committees, articulating the strategic rationale, risks, and mitigants for each opportunity

Due Diligence & Transaction Management

• Lead due diligence processes, coordinating legal, technical, and financial reviews
• Negotiate transaction terms and manage closing processes with counterparties and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

Asset Performance & Reporting

• Serve as the primary contact for monitoring investment performance post-acquisition
• Track KPIs, prepare periodic performance reports, and recommend strategies for value enhancement or exit
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers, tenants, and service providers

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational growth objectives
