## Title: Real Estate Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative with driving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting sales leads, handling property tours with clients, and supporting marketing efforts by driving to various locations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth
- Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional materials
- Manage all digital and offline marketing channels including social media, website, email marketing, print media, and outdoor advertising
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, property exhibitions, open houses, and collaborations that drive customer engagement
- Oversee creation of marketing content including graphics, videos, property listings, and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to recommend actionable improvements
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Maintain strong alignment with the sales team to support property launches and revenue targets
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment
- Ensure the company's brand identity is consistent and well represented across all platforms
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Valid driver's license with excellent driving skills
- Good knowledge of road networks and property locations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
