Real Estate Business Lead at Gafford Property & Homes

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position with proven leadership and sales expertise in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sales plan that supports the company's strategic objectives, achieves sales targets, and implements corrective measures as needed
• Oversee and manage the entire sales process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, closure, and administration
• Work closely with the transactions team to track, interpret, and report weekly sales targets and figures
• Ensure effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce) by all team members by tracking the quality and quantity of data input
• Proactively manage, analyze, interpret, and report CRM data to optimize lead generation, opportunities, pipelines, and revenue forecasting
• Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members to ensure optimal performance
• Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual sales targets with the sales team in line with their roadmaps and KPIs
• Oversee the sales team performance through daily check-ins to set daily objectives and monitor progress regularly
• Conduct training sessions for sales team members to improve sales techniques
• Coordinate with the Transactions team to oversee the preparation and approval of client documentation such as offer letters and agreements to lease
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and provide after-sales support
• Develop and deliver bespoke pitches for identified opportunities
• Generate, convert, and close local and international sales leads
• Build and maintain strong long-term strategic commercial relationships with agents
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the real estate development market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions
