## Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential buyers and investors through various channels, including direct marketing, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice and recommendations
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing concerns, facilitating documentation, and ensuring smooth transaction completion
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate sales activities and facilitate smooth property transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports for management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market and regulations
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel within assigned territories

Compensation & Benefits

NGN 400,000 base salary plus 5% commission on sales
