Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling construction costs, preparing tender documents, and providing commercial advice on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts
• Conduct cost analyses and forecasts
• Provide commercial advice on construction projects
• Manage and report on project costs
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)
