Quantity Surveyor at Rosettee Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure value for money while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely project delivery. You will provide expert cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess project viability
• Evaluate tender documents and contracts, and participate in supplier and subcontractor negotiations
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure adherence to approved budgets and timelines
• Implement cost control, value engineering, and procurement strategies to enhance project efficiency
• Prepare and submit progress reports, variations, and final accounts for management review
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize delivery and minimize financial risk
• Track and manage design or scope changes, ensuring accurate cost adjustments
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and site professionals
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation, budgeting, or cost control within the construction industry
