Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
- This role supports the design, delivery, and scaling of mDoc’s tele-education and capacity-building programs across Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of tele-education and learning programs
- Contribute to curriculum development, training materials, SOPs, and quality tools
- Coordinate stakeholders, learning hubs, and subject matter experts
- Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and quality improvement efforts
- Assist with proposal development, partnerships, and business development initiatives
- Contribute to dissemination of learning through reports, publications, and conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR/Learning & Development, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in program support, learning & development, project coordination, or digital/tele-education
- Strong organisational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data, virtual tools, and fast-moving teams
