About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality assurance across our flexible packaging manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage the testing and sampling processes throughout the entire production lifecycle, from raw materials through finished goods, ensuring all products meet our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the testing and sampling of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Supervise, train, and review the work of the QC team on proper inspection, testing, and documentation procedures
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspections, testing, and quality assurance protocols
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report findings to management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain management systems documentation, prepare for external audits, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL certification
Collaborate with production, research and development (R&D), maintenance, HSE, and other departments to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role in food packaging manufacturing
Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, printing, and lamination processes
In-depth knowledge of HACCP and management of certification audits
