Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Quality Control Officer to manage quality assurance for our brands while maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness. The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for checking and verifying the quality of all goods received, stored, and dispatched from the warehouse, ensuring that products meet company standards before moving into inventory or delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications
• Check packaging, labels, expiry dates, and product conditions
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor
• Ensure proper storage of products according to company guidelines
• Conduct routine quality checks on items in the warehouse
• Verify that outgoing orders are accurate and meet quality standards before dispatch
• Maintain quality control records and update inspection logs
• Work with warehouse staff to resolve quality issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in cosmetics, household production, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior warehouse or quality control experience is an advantage
