Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products
• Ensure online processes meet required specifications before product release
• Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and chemicals
• Perform routine calibration of laboratory equipment and maintenance
• Develop and review test methods and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure proper documentation of all laboratory operations
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance and accurate dispensing in compounding areas
• Prepare monthly variance reports
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager with daily functions
• Support QA Manager in implementing ISO 9001-2015, CGMP, GLP, and related standards
• Act as Management Representative (Shift Manager) during shift production as needed
• Relieve QA Manager when required
• Coordinate factory Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programme
• Publish weekly HSE reports
