Position Overview: - Ensuring food safety: Monitoring food handling, storage, and preparation to prevent contamination and foodborne illness. - Maintaining consistency: Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards - Ingredient inspection: Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers - Quality control ensure monitoring raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also controlled - Cleaning and sanitation: Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. - Environment Hygiene: Quality control/ supervisor ensure environment is in good condition, everywhere must be neat and ensure all utensils were clean also ensure daily cleaning must be done. - Employee Training: Educating staff on quality of products from suppliers and recommending changes if necessary. Implement quality control procedure - Menu development: Collaborating with chefs and management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones. - Performance monitoring and reporting - Customer feedback: Reviewing customer comments and complaints to identify areas for improvement. - Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety regulations and industry standards. - Assistance: You are to assist the cashier by working as a cashier to satisfy customer’s needs. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-5 years experience. - Proximity to Bodija, Awolowo is preferred
