Quality Control Officer

Newedge Finance Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to monitor, evaluate, and ensure compliance with company standards and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess agent performance and work quality - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards - Identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement - Prepare quality reports and provide feedback to relevant teams - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - HND or BSc qualification - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Good communication and reporting skills - Computer literate (Excel & basic reporting tools) - Experience in QC, audit, or monitoring is an advantage Male candidates are strongly advised to apply for gender balance
