## Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager

About the Role

Wendernek Consulting Limited is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control programs in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 international standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Develop project quality plans aligned with ISO 9001:2015 international standards and contractual requirements, including comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures
  • Ensure implementation of quality management activities in an organized and efficient manner following the Project Quality Plan, Contract Scope of Work, and ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Plan, prepare, implement, and continuously review project quality management documentation, client mandatory quality requirements, specifications, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and implement quality plans, QA/QC audit programs, and QA/QC procedures
  • Ensure regulatory compliance on all QA/QC matters
  • Determine, establish, and enforce quality policies and objectives for the workforce
  • Assign duties to QA/QC inspectors and monitor for prompt and efficient delivery
  • Convene regular internal QA/QC meetings to discuss quality matters as necessary
  • Compile quality information required for management review
  • Support implementation of site Health and Safety practices

People Operations Management

  • Conduct quality induction training for project personnel to ensure understanding of quality policies, objectives, and project specifications
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all QA/QC personnel
  • Monitor personnel compliance with safety rules and guidelines
  • Ensure all equipment is operated safely
  • Monitor QA/QC personnel for proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Project Management

  • Identify contractual requirements and advise the project manager and relevant discipline managers
  • Define required QA/QC resources needed during various project execution phases
  • Manage QA/QC activities throughout project lifecycle
  • Review material requisitions to ensure contractual compliance
