Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction activities on-site across our estate projects. This role involves stage-by-stage inspections, tracking milestones, verifying compliance with standards, and ensuring that all construction work meets regulatory and company quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and progress
• Verify that all work complies with regulatory standards, codes, and specifications
• Monitor and report project milestones and stage completions
• Identify and address quality control issues, defects, or deviations
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to enforce quality standards
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports
• Recommend corrective actions where non-conformances are identified
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and company policies on all sites

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification/membership with COREN or CORBON
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Quality Engineer in construction or estate development
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues on-site
