About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Officer to join our solar panel manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test solar panels during and after production
• Ensure compliance with IEC and ISO standards
• Maintain QA documentation and reports
• Drive continuous improvement on the production line

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of QA/QC experience (solar or electronics preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PV testing and industry standards
