## Title: Qualified Nurse

Position Overview

An established company is seeking a Qualified Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clinical standards are met, maintaining accurate records, supporting physicians, and promoting patient health and safety. This role requires strong clinical judgment, compassion, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs
  • Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition, responding promptly to changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide wound care, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, hygiene, and emotional support

Clinical Duties

  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
  • Prepare and maintain sterile equipment required for medical procedures
  • Carry out diagnostic tests such as urine tests, blood pressure monitoring, and blood samples
  • Maintain accurate, updated patient records and documentation

Health Education & Counseling

  • Educate patients and their families on treatments, recovery processes, and health management
  • Promote preventive healthcare practices including nutrition, hygiene, and vaccination awareness

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere strictly to medical protocols, nursing standards, and infection prevention guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Ensure proper disposal of medical waste according to safety standards

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with patient scheduling, admission, and discharge processes
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and request replenishment when needed
  • Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and audits

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
