QA/QC Lead – Fiber Operations at IpNX Nigeria Limited

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic QA/QC Lead to join our Infrastructure Quality team. If you're ready to lead from the front, inspire your team, and elevate quality benchmarks — we want you on board.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks, milestone testing, and final acceptance of fiber deployments
• Escalate and enforce quality standards across Outside Plant operations
• Maintain "As Built" documentation and training materials
• Perform periodic audits and compliance verification
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Lead internal and external training initiatives for your team

Required Qualifications

• B.Eng in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in turnkey fiber deployment and civil works
• Strong command of fiber standards, materials, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio

Preferred Qualifications

• GIS experience
• CFOT certification
